Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I called Best Buy to fix my refrigerator which I purchased at Best Buy. My refrigerator was making a lot of noise and the temperature was register at 53 degree. I had to pay 150.00 service call on 5/19/2014
Best Buy came out and said they had to order the part. On 5/28/2014 they came and installed the new part which cost me 94.89. Within 30 days and 5 days the noise began again and the temperature is still at 55 degree. Called Best Buy and was told sorry the part they put in is only warrantied for 30 days. And that I would have to pay another 150.00 service fee to Best Buy. In the meantime I have lost over 500.00 in food."
