Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Beach Marketing Concepts made false claims at the presentation I was at about wholesale prices for vacations and that they would buy my timeshare. None of these things has proven true. We purchased the planfor 4000.00 dollars but I tried to cancell 3 business day later. I was told the check was maied to me but now they claim that I was late although I checked with their representative and they agreed with me the 3 days would be Wednesday the day I requested cancelation. The prices were incorrect and they have't contacted me about the time share which I have in writing that they would transfer to their company.
I have copies of all emails with them and the mulitple companies involved.
This appears to be a complete SCAM. Last note I sent to them on March 23rd 2014 is below.

David, Travers ,Isaac, and Whoever else may be involved,

Sorry I haven’t heard from any of you. I know David indicated in his last correspondence that I wouldn’t get my money back.
But again I will request my money be refunded and here is a list of the reasons why.
1. The sales pitch we received as far as I can see was false.
a. I received a quote from Island Trader Vacations for a cruise in November through the Panama Canal. Price quoted was 1712.20 I went to the internet to check price for the same cruise and it was 15xx.00 approximately $170.00 cheaper through the internet. The Island Trader price is not a wholesale prices as I heard about at the meeting.
b. Half price for RV campsites all the time anywhere in US. Not true Passport of America does offer 50% off but it is limited with campgrounds and limited with amount of time that can be spent or only off season can we get 50% off.

2. Company will buy my Timeshare. Company will contact me within 10 days. No one has contact me yet. This even after David wrote and said he would have someone contact me that day. (that was on 3/11/14) yet another misleading statement .
3. I requested my money back with the 3 business days I was lead to believe by your representative who assisted with the paperwork.(Lizzie Dean) I asked directly if 3 business days would be Wednesday. She said yes. No one indicated anything different at the time.
4. During the 3 day period I contacted Island Trader vacations. They asked that I wait until I had a member number. We talked several times as I told them I didn’t have a number yet but I needed to look at vacations to compare before my 3 days ran out. They told me to call 855-304-4094. I told them I had called that number but couldn’t get anyone and I had tried several extensions. Someone there tried and couldn’t reach anyone either. During this time I talked with Dawn and I believe a supervisor. Finally after telling them I needed to compare before my 3 days were up they took the information and called me back with the Panama Canal trip that was priced at 1712.20 for 11/3 to 11/17/14.
David you claim I didn’t try Island Trader Vacations but I did and talked to at least 3 people Dawn at least twice. They probably didn’t recognize me because I didn’t have a member number.
Isaac wrote to me and told me that my money would be refunded and the check was in the mail as of Friday 2/14/14.
David tells me I didn’t talk to anyone but I did as explained above. David also told me he would have someone contact me, he didn’t.
I’m truly sorry this did not work out. I tried to follow your rules. I tried to think positive and believe what was said but at this point 2 months later nothing has been done or proved to be correct.
Other agreements have a time and date as to when the contract can be cancelled I believed Lizzie and now you say I was late although it was 3 business days.
After all this I believe this whole operation is a scam. So many companies involved, commitments not kept and phones not answered.
I hope to hear from someone soon or my next step will be to the Attorney General’s office in NC in the pursuit of people running a scam operation. I would much prefer my $4000.00 back but it is up to you"
