Claimant says:
"I purchased a Fifth Wheel Camper from Pap Paws Camper City in Picayune, Ms. They had it financed with Bank of the West. My wife starts making out checks a couple before payday which is the first of each month. This was fine for a few months and then they claim the checks were late. this has gone on since 04/13 and stopped 08/04/14 then started again on 09/28015 and has continued until this date. I believe Bank of the West is holding my check to collect Late Charges and maybe higher interest. This has ruined out credit and I feel should be compensated for this. I have a copy of my bank statement of my called payments and I can fax it to you."
