Claimant says:
"purchased car on 6/27/2011 and the owner acted as if he had inntegrity in his business. I test drove the vehicle and everything seemed to be fine but is there anything wrong with the vehicle and he stated no. I took the car to a mechanic because the next day the car stopped working and i was advised the car was rigged with the wires in the back seat. When i called he was very nasty and rude. I asked for another car and or my money back ans he sta rted screaming he wasnt giving me nothing! My pick up note was due on 7/11/2011 and i callled letting him know i was in the hospital and i hadnt been discharged. I asked if i could bring it in the morning and he kept yelling no he dont care i better find a way to get him his money.I got discharged from the hospital at 11:30 pm and my car was gone now he demanding the entire amount of the car before i can get it back after he promised as long as i call him if anything happened where i couldnt make the pymt call him and we wld wrk something out rather than avoiding him and he have to hunt me down. I did my part but he didnt keep his word!"
