Claimant says:
"I had a screen room built by this company and about two months ago, a week after they said they were done with it, we had a rain storm and the new roof to the room begin to leak. I called the company and they came and patched and then a week later they had to come back out and patch again and now the roof is leaking even more. I've called them again and they keep telling me that they will be out again but never come. The last time I talked to the company they said they would be out today, fri august 24 2012 and install a flashing that was supposed to have been installed per the engineer drawing that was done for the permit. They did not install all screws, if any, on the trime parts of the roof and they did not clean up after the job. I am a retired disabled person and they are refusing to resolve the problem."
