"To resolve the problem I thought they would found out the box to check cooling coil leak cold air, it suck dust to my bed room, and make me sinus. I would appreciate their repair; clean the coils or replace new one without charge following with 2 years warranty in agreement"

The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:

    "Attached please find copies of all correspondence from Canh Nguyen, both to Wells Fargo and ARS Rescue Rooter. The original install of his coil, furnace, thermostat, etc. was completed on April 17, 2010. On April 14, 2011, we installed an Air Knight (aka UV light). The cost of this was to be $1,250.00 but we did not charge this to his Wells Fargo account. Two days after we installed the Air Knight, Mr. Nguyen lost his job. He contacted us and claimed the Air Knight was not working and that there were issues with his coil as well and stated that he wanted a full refund of everything. On April 25th, we sent one of our best technicians to remove the Air Knight and inspect the system. This technician removed the Air Knight, made some adjustments at the customer’s insistence and found no problems with the air conditioning system.



    We have reason to believe that Mr. Nguyen’s job loss is at the root of all of this as we have determined there is nothing wrong with his HVAC equipment. All of the invoices regarding the services we performed for Mr. Nguyen are attached as is the charge slip and completion certificate. We are convinced that Canh Nguyen is never going to be willing to sign a “happy” letter and there is nothing we can do to bring that about.
