"I placed an order on August 11, 2014. The transaction was billed on my credit card the following day in the amount of $176.16. I was told it should be shipped in about a month because of the engraving. It is now two months later. My numerous calls to the Company has not been returned. I should have called the BBB before I placed that order. All I want now is a full refund and an apology!"
