"I checked my Discover card account and saw Discover the charge for $3456.90 I reported it to Discover fraud dept that I did not make this purchase and they reversed the charge and closed the card used. Before I called them I checked my Amazon.com account orders there was nothing there.

I then got and email from Amazon to review on 4/24/16 after I had checked my emails and saw it on the 25th what now I know was a gaming continued to check my account at Amazon as I have checked it 3/28/16. I had asked Discover if I should contact Amazon and thought as I did that it did not show on my Amazon account that I did not have to and I has no info about the charge I then got and email that I will not be able to sign on my account. I tried to send emails to chargeback-alert@amazon.com, fraud@amazon.com, abuse@amazon.com.

I never ordered this, I am a continuous Dell customer for many years. It never showed on my Amazon orders and I never received it. No one had access to any of my credit cards and both my email and cards are on Amazon. I also want to cancel the trial of Prime and will not pay and charges for that as I cannot reach Amazon.

Since I cannot sign on to Amazon.com I cannot give my account number
