Claimant says:
"On 10/19/2017 we booked flight #79277F from Punta Gorda Sirport Fl to Stewart International Airport NY departing on Mar. 05, 2018 and returning on Mar. 12, 2018. We paid $662.92 on our Visa card. It included priority boarding, carry-on-bag charges and seat selection fee of $94.00. We were given seat #1A and 1B and when I went on line to print our boarding passes we were given seat l4C and 24B. I was able to obtain two seats in row #5 together. On the return flight we were given seat #1A and 1B and when I tried to obtain my boarding passes we were given seat #3D and #4B. As we paid extra for seat selection I would like a refund for the $94.00. I have tried calling the 702-505-8888 number 4 times and have held on for 40 minutes each time and no one answers. I am thoroughly disgusted with Allegiant Airlines. This was our first trip with them and we do fly to NY 4 times a year and would use this airlines but we would like to have better service when we pay for it and don't get it. Also there should be some way to talk to some one without waiting so long. I also tried e-mailing them but was told the address was not correct. Any thing you can do to help in this situation would be helpful.
