"THIS COMPANY HAVE NOT HONORED MY COMPLAINT THAT CAUSE TO CALL FOR EMS AND A PRIVATE NURSE TO ASSIST WHEN ME AND MY DAUGHTER OFF HER JOB.....THIS COMPANY INFORMED ME OF THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND THEY KNEW HOW TO DISASSEMBLE AND ASSEMBLE A PLATFORM BED, BUT WHAT THEY DID THEY HID IMPORTANT PIECES TO THE BED WHICH WOULD CAUSE THE BED TO BE STABLE.....WHAT HAPPEN NEXT FOR A 68 YEAR WOMAN WHO IS DISABLED TO FALL THRU THE BED, WITH INJURIES OF BRUISES AND SORENESS...I HAVE BEEN TRY TO CORRESPOND W/ NO REPLY FROM THEM DUE THIS INCIDENT...I INCIDENT REPORT WAS WRITTEN IN DEKALB COUNTY, COUNTY COURTHOUSE....I HAVE PICTURES AND PAPER TRAIL OF THIS SINCE THIS HORRIFIC EVENT IN 2017...STILL THEY HAVE YET RESPONDED...THEY HAVE TOYED WITH ME LONG ENOUGH....I NEED MY BED BECAUSE OF MY DISABILITY......THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS IS amscustomer@allmysons.com"
