Claimant says:
"I prshased two universal bed rails at a price of $40.00 each. When I put them both up the same day they both broke at the latch within a 24 hour time span. The kit came with all pieces including the 2 beam legs to hold the middle beans except they did not come with the beams. This was very odd and ineffective, which as such caused both frames to break for a queen and full size mattress. When I spoke with management I explained the issue of the beam and also stated sarcastically that maybe if I would have asked for the proper pieces maybe I would have recieved better frames with the proper pieces and he agreed. I was told that they were sorry for any inconveinence and that I would not get my money of $80.00 returned to me."

Message from All In One Value Center: i am offering a store credit of the amount purchased, which was $40 for each rail plus the 7% sales tax, which amounts to $85.60. if you still have the damaged rails please return them to the store so that we may contact the company that makes them to notify them of their deffects. i apologize for the inconvinence and wish you had spoken to me, the manager, regarding your issue prior to reporting a claim.

  • I don't think I fully understand your problem. Did you buy an incomplete package? Also, when you chose to contact the management, was it a face-to-face encounter, or did you call them by phone?
    Were the beams # specified on the package? Tell the manager being sorry doesn't help when you don't get what you pay for. Besides the store manager, did you try to up one level and talk to a superior?
