I have all the documentation that you mentioned above but I have completely given up expecting anything from this company and last fall hired someone else to repair the damage done by All Around Landscaping because it needed to be done before the cold weather set in.
If All Around Landscape guaranteed that they'd come back and re-seed as necessary, then that's what they should do, before winter sets in.
It sounds as if they'll have to do some additional work for the grass to grow well at this point - that's what happens when you do something badly the first time around and it's one of the lessons every business owner has to learn.
Thank you for your suggestion. That would be a fair solution, but I am sure it is not going to happen. I have had zero response from ALL AROUND. I took pictures of the job and how badly they left it and have since hired someone else to finish the job because it needed to happen before the weather goes bad. That is why I am interested in a monetary refund so I can be made whole.
