Inga S. says: They are a rip-off outfit. I contracted them for specific services and warranties which I have in writing. I paid them the full amount agreed upon. Only a very small portion of the the promised work was done and that not very well. They have consistently failed to respond to my calls and I have given up trying to reach them. I have filed a claim against them with the Attorney-General of Ohio.
