Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"We bought 2 tickets to ALL ACCESS TICKETS for US$739 and when we got the invoice it said $200, this is a rip off, how can we get a refund for the difference, I see they have many claims and "all are in Status: In negotiation I hope something can be done, I have a picture of the paperwork, we also called and they already have a template answer for this, I can see many other people have this issue"

    "We sell tickets at above face value, current resale market value. It expressly states this in our terms and conditions. the total is discussed on our check out page and terms are agreed to prior to placing the order. Once an order is placed there are no refunds exchanges or cancellations. This is an industry standard across all secondary market websites because the market value of tickets goes up and down similarly to the airline business. We are simply a marketplace, like orbitz or priceline, the price paid is the price agreed upon at the time of purchase. "
