Claimant says:
"I ordered 2 bottles of Algoslim & 1 bottle of Acai Tropic Cross Sell on 4/26/16. My credit card was charged $85.85. I noticed an additional charge later that day of $2.58. I received the products a week later. After trying the products a few days I experienced abdominal discomfort so I contacted the company (800-980-6144). They suggested rather than return the product & pay shipping I could keep the product & they would refund me $38.95. I reluctantly agreed. I was told to expect the refund to my VISA in 3-5 business days which would have been around 5/18/16.. I have yet to receive that refund. I have called the above 800 number at least 5 times in the past month. I am told there was a problem with my VISA. That card is my credit/debit card with M&T Bank. I use that card almost every day & have NO problems whatsoever with it. After the first few calls I was told they would send a check in the mail. I have NOT received a check!. I called early this week, spoke to a supervisor named MaryAnn & was told the refund would show on my card on 6/24/16 which is today. Well it is NOT there! I just called them AGAIN and the supervisor hung up on me. Please help!!
