Claimant says:
"Our family rent 3 units (#505,509,511) at Alexander Resort from 7/31/14 to 8/4/14. The valet attendant stole my Mercedes key that was attached in the key chain with Honda key. When I got home, I need to move my Mercedes in the drive way, that's when I realized the Mercedes key was missing. I called the resort, reported the problem to the front desk and was transferred to the a valet parking attendant. He was rude, did not tell me his name when I asked, and then I was hung up. The next day I got the chance to talk to the hotel manager, Ms. Lopez. She said she will find out and let me know but she never did. The know where I live, my Mercedes parks on the driveway, and they have the key. I don't want to take this risk."
