Claimant says:
"ADT alarm sales said they would install a Digital alarm system in our home. The monthly cost would be $36.99. When Chris the installer arrived he brought in the new alarm system he told The installer showed us what he had and I said go ahead and install it. He took our old system out and started install the new system. I ask him about the smoke detector he said it was not on the list he had. He said he would call and check on it. While talking to him he said the system he was installing was going to cost $44.95 a month. I was told by the sales person that it would be $36.99 I can take the new system out and I said go ahead. He put our old system back in and it would not work. He had broken it when he took it off and said he did not know how to fix it. Then he left mad. I called the sale person they said they would take care of the problem but I never heard back from them. I had a working system before he got to my house but when left it would not power up. My wife and I are retired and could not work the higher price into our budget. Freeman Hollis"
