Clarence P. says: apparently the answering service for ADT in this area also answers for another company. I spent hours on the phone trying to cancel an appointment only to have the ADT service rep show up at my home while I was out of town. My neighbor became suspicious and called me about the car sitting in front of my house. He went and asked the person if he could help him with something. I arrived back home just before he left and told him about the trouble I had too include a call from another company I knew nothing about stating they had no appointment for me. I kept detailed notes of my time on the phone to include shots of the amount of time spent and the looping recording tell me how valuable of a customer I was. I sent him all this info and given a number to call if I needed service. The person that came to my house was very professional but I cannot say that about the rest of the people I had to deal with. Found a local company Total Protection in Belton Tx with exceptional service on equipment and customer service.
