"The master bathroom had plumbing issues when we moved In so we noted It on the walk thru they sent their maintance man over he figured It was the toilet handle so he replaced the whole time im telling him that's not the problem bottom line it never got fixed we got charged for a toilet handle and now it's recurring late Fees and we have to pay I had to pay for the toilet to get fixed the maintance man lied and said he snake the toilet never happened my daughter got charged for a mailbox key by a outside company they got the refund check and would not release it until we pay for the toilet handle we went in and made in agreement for them to take the $80 and paid the remaining balance for service that we never received not fair at all they have always been rude to us the manage just told us never to call them again and hung up on us her name is tiffany besser 602- 635-1063"
