Claimant's opinion: Being a senior, of age 70, and having mental disabilities. panic/anxiety attacks makes it hard for me to deal with people and stressful situations like this and AAA Home owners said I reported it too late. Well it takes me time to get up the mental strength to deal with people especially insurance companies that are out to take your money but try to get by with paying out as little as possible like AAA Home Owners did me.I requested the name of the CEO and address of the company AAA Homeowners uses from the agent and it seems they aren't giving it to me so I could write the CEO of that company.

This complaint actually involves the Auto Club Property-Casualty Insurance Company (ACPCIC) through whom your homeowners insurance policy is written.On March 13, 2014 we responded to the Kentucky Department of Insurance in writing explaining our claim handling position and why. AAA didn't give me no where near what it would cost to repair the hail damage. After asking 3 times for the name and address of the CEO of the company that handles AAA insurance I was still ignored. From what I remember the damage was close to $8,000.00 and after the $500.00 deductible, I only got $1,644.00. With the premiums u charge and what AAA has paid for the damage is a joke. If your not going to pay for actual damage, then your premiums should reflect that. Everyone I told about this says AAA is wrong. I sure don't have any respect for AAA or the company that underwrites the policies.Just because I cashed your next to nothing damage check, doesn't mean I settled it with you. My roof was only about 16 yrs old. The aluminum siding doesn't deteriorate, and was in excellent condition until the golf ball size hail hit. It seems all the people around me that had hail damage had their roofs repaired that had other insurance companies. The lady that looked at my rood isn't an roofing expert in my opinion either. You don't putt a ladder up against the drip rail and shingles. A stand off should have been on that ladder to rest against the facial board.I never thought AAA would be like this, my Mother had AAA as far back as I can remember. In my opinion you have gotten too greedy and have forgotten how to treat your members. It seems instead of paying claims out of the profits you make, you just raise the premiums and rake in billions in profit for the share holders. its time for the share holders to take a hit. This greed cant continue, your destroying American with your greed.

"Make sure you see what the policies will pay and check complaints on any insurance company you think you will be doing business with. In my opinion, AAA Home Owners coverage is a joke for the premium they charge. In my opinion if AAA Auto Insurance pays out damages like on the home owners, you wont be getting much in return."
