Claimant says:
"I was referred by a relative to use this propane company. And I requested for propane three weeks ago (01/16/2014). And they informed me that it was going to be delivered the following Tuesday (01/21/2014) and that never happened. Then I called again the Thursday (01/23/2014) on why I wasn't served, and their excuse was there were too many people to provide service to. And they said I was on the the following Tuesday list (01/28/2014), and they never called me and never showed up. I called them again on Friday (01/31/2014) and they had the same excuse, "too many people to serve and didn't get to my place." So they said it is going to be delivered on 02/04/2013 and it never happened. and last night, I ran out of propane. I called again today (02/05/2014) and their excuse was the same from last week, too many people to serve and they weren't able to get to me. What kind of business is that? Now they are going to charge me for an empty propane tank and all other charges they will come up with (that is if they are going to serve me as a customer). After three attempts, I am thinking that I am being denied service from this company."
