Claimant says:
"On 3 sept, 2010,I ordered through 1-800-balloons "Pretty in Pink" a collection of 6 latex and 6 mylar balloons for $52.95 to be delivered for my Mothers' 89th birthdayon 4 Sept 2010. I have printed copies of the transaction. I was also charged a local delivery fee of $8.00 and 800 balloon service fee of $11.99 for a total of $72.94. My Mother received 2 latex bollons and 6 mylar balloons with a box of chocolates. I was angry with what was delivered and found out from the shop in PA, Gerard Boeh Flowers that 800 ballons only paid them $30 some dollars peroid not the $52.95 nor the $8.00 delivery fee. In essence, 800 ballons ripped myself and the flower shop off for $30.00 inaddition to the $11.99 they charged to me for their go in between services. This has been an expensive and upsetting ordeal. 800 balloons is falsely representing the merchandise itself and its value. The vendor and I have both been scammed by this company and they need to make restitution to both of us or be put out of business."
