"On 12/21, based on an advertisement , I clicked a link which went to show the Dr Oz show and Judge Judy advocating for an anti-aging process. While viewing this a pop-up came up that offered the two products: Revital Anti-Again cream and Equinox Serum. The offer said for a trial period I obtain the product for shipping and handling after which I could cancel what would be an automatic order which would cost me 89.00 for each item. While I was making an order for the serum I was contacted by phone by a man who took an order for the second product (the cream). Again he proposed that I could get a discount with his company and obtain the product for $89.00 a month. He clearly stated that I would need to cancel my active order by January 11 ( I marked my calendar.) to avoid further shipments and charges. Today I find that two separate charges for 89.00 were charged to my bank account (1/4/2016). I called the company and was told they could refund me $69.00 of each charge and the $20.00 difference was a re-stocking fee. At first I was told I would be refunded only $35.00 but they changed this to $69.00. They gave me a refund # to put on the product which they said would need return of the product even if empty would be accepted. They said they would send me an email detailing their transaction. (I have yet to receive the email.) I called two separate times - each product had a different phone number but the same young man answered both lines. Pretty much the same conversation occurred. I was told that I should have gone to their Web site and I would have found out about the 20.00 re-stocking charge. I demanded a complete refund and asked to speak to a Supervisor. The Supervisor simply repeated what I had already heard but at triple speed. I demanded a full refund. He hung up on me because twice I interrupted him to ask him slow down his speech. I filed a dispute with my bank."

  • Though I doubt this company will honor their promise they owe $20.00 for the restock fee as they stated. In addition they owe me the cost to return the product and insure it which was about $13.00. I expect nothing of these charlatans. But I will give them a chance to be honorable about it and stop this claim if they refund me 33.00 which is not in excess, considering their promises and their duplicity. I would like to add that they did refund 60.00 per order instead of the 70.00 they promised (my daughter and I both heard them make this promise. Again they said they would send confirming email which they did not. Same old, same old.
