Michelle L. says: Did not make clear up front all cost involved and that samples send were to be billed as opposed to free "Only pay for shipping" was what I was told. Interrupting me on Internet while ordering from Dr. OZ on 12/21/2015 show saying they could give me product ( a serum) (different name) cheaper, only mentioning to renew (obtain new product would cost me 89.00 and only they could do this.) Sold me a second companion product (cream) not making clear it was a separate order and additional cost "Only pay for shipping.) Had 15 days to decide before I would be charged for next shipment. Did not give me information about restocking charge. I was given no Order number and no email was send confirming orders. I called when 179.00 was deducted from my bank account on 1/4/2016 (14 days from date of mailing not receipt of product) I demanded a full refund of 89.00 * 2. This was when I found I was being charged for the next shipment or the product already sent (not clear). I think I was being charged for the first shipment because I wanted to return it. When I complained about this restocking charge I was told I should have gone to their email site and then I would have known. The representative would only agree to refund 69.00 per order ($20.00 restocking each) and that I would need to return product (my cost) before refund empty or full and gave me a refund # and said an email would be sent with detail (shipping address and terms). As of 2/7/2016 I have received no emails from this company. I asked to speak to a Supervisor about restocking fee. The Man began speaking very quickly, repeating the same things I had already heard. I interrupted him once to ask him to speak more slowly and then again to take issue with a point he had made. He told me I was interrupting and hung up on me. Did not give me order numbers for either product nor send confirming emails as they said they would. Told me I had until 1/18 to return product no charges mentioned. On On 1/4 89.00 * 2 = !78.00 was deducted from Bank account (14 days). Called later on 1/4 and spoke to a Supervisor and it was agreed they would refund $79.00 per order; they would send email confirming details. No email confirmation of this agreement made later on 1/4 was ever received. Called later in January to get return #'s and address to which to return and reminded them the fee to be paid back to my account was $79.00 per product. They said they would send confirming email and did not. Product returned on 1/21 with tracing numbers costing me $12.18. It also cost me 37.00 to file a complaint with People's Choice representing the Better Business Bureau which I paid to enhance the power of my claim and make public what doing business with Sheridan Labs was like - as to well to affect their score. On 2/4 $69,00 was refunded to my account.
