Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"in may 2014 i went to take my fully loaded rogue to get serviced and i was outside waiting for my husband when a sales person george mcmichael approached me and i explained t him that i already have a vehicle and also explained to him that i have a sales person that was very good to me. i have a lease and it was up in 2015 . he was persistant in showing me the new style rogue and there was one i was interested in which was also the color i like . he only had another vehicle that was the color i liked but knew nothing about it. when they sat me down goerge and his manager were talking me out of buying out my original vehicle which once again was fully loaded the only thing i knew about this new car was that it had no sunroof and they told me it had no heated seat and i was trying to walk away but they kept telling me that my warrenty was up on my original car and that i was going to go over the mileage and why would i want to buy out my old car when the warranty was expired . i end up now with a five year lease they never drove me in the new car it has nothing they had to put in a sunroof and i spent 4hours there on a sat and when i went back monday i went to speak to a managermy car didnt even have a navigation system they didnt even want to budge i cried and was very upset that they didnt even try to do anything to make me happy george even said to me when he handed me the keys i had asked him what happened to the keyless entry he told me i didnt need it this way i wouldnt even lock my keys in the car.i tryied to contack the president of the dealership numerous times i went down there more than once . they wouldnt do anything to make me happy. i travel 24 miles one way and i dont enjoy this car at all . george was so worried about getting his 9 quota he kept walking away and i went to go get my car that day in the service but they didnt have the keys so i couldnt even walk out. i went back to talk to george and he told me he lost his 1000.00 bonus because i didnt give him a good rating on the survey and i told him all i was asking for was a navigation system . after all that i kept getting calls from him leaving messages calling me rosanne . he didnt care at all about his customers and he is a liar, i felt that i was taking advantage of.i called the nissan corporation and they were very kind and understood my concern they also told me to contact this company the better business bureau. now im stuck in a five year lease paying 440.00 for a verhicle that i cant stand and all they keep telling me in three years i can get into another lease but i dont want to lease anymore because of my mileage situation ."
