Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"WAS DOUBLE CHARGED FOR A MONTHLY PAYMENT OF 229.92 X 2 OVER THE WEEKEND CALLED TO TELL THEM THEY SAID THEY SAW ONE PAYMENT AFTER SPEAKING WITH VERY RUDE AND NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE TALKED TO A SUPERVISOR WAS TOLD THEY NEEDED TO RESEARCH THE PAYMENT THAT WAS SUNDAY HE WOULD CALL MONDAY THEY WERE CLOSED.......SO I CALLED TUESDAY TALKED TO ANOTHER SUPERVISOR WITH NO RESOLUTION I WENT TO BANK GOT STATEMENT WITH PROOF FAXED TO THEM AND THEY ARE STILL FIGHTING AND SAYING THEY NEED TO RESEARCH THIS I TOLD THEM I AM WITHOUT THE 229.92 AND THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION AND SAID THEY WOULD TEXT OR CALL TOMORROW WITH THE RESOLUTION IF I WAS CHARGED I HAVE PROOF IN HAND THAT THEY DID IT I FAXED IT AND THEY ARE STILL ARGUING LIKE I AM LYING PLEASE HELP"
