Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have two comcast Accounts: One at 5432 31st Street NW Washington DC and One in Ocean City Maryland. OC Account # is 09532 638283-02-2 and DC Account # is 09529 271533-01-3 The problem we are having is getting Comcast to post the payments to the OC account. They post everything to DC account and then tell me that I am past due on the OC account. and they cut the TV off in OC because they say we have not paid the account. My husband and I have talked with Comcast customer service about 10 times and they still have not corrected the account although they take the information and say they will correct the account but does not happen. As a matter a fact we spoke with a manager and was told that we have not paid the account and will not listen to reason. I am tired of paying out money to comcast and not getting corrected to right account Need help in resolving this issue Also, I have asked for billing statements to be sent to me and two months have passed and I an still waiting for statements from comcast. I want this resolved immediately and an apology from comcast ."

  • The service on my TV in OC Maryland was terminated on Jan 14, 2015 when I arrived at our condo in OC Maryland. Called Comcast to ask why and again told that I had not paid a bill for $113.00. I have paid all bills received from OC and the payment still is getting credited to DC account and not OC account. And, I still do not get statements from OC Account. I went to talk to OC comcast office on Jan 14 to ask why my TV was turned off and was told they were sales only and could not help me. I called Comcast again and maybe after half hour service was restored. I only go out to the OC condo maybe every three or four months and I am not certain that the service is working as I am not there too check. Feel that I am paying for service that I am not receiving . I cannot seem to get the issue with comcast resolved and feel that now that I am bring there actions to public view they are now just toying me with me and will never resolve this issue
