"Bought Truck Grille 11-25-2012 for $372, Received 12-7-12 but did not look like photo. (7 day return policy) Called 310-872-9586 many times with no response. Shipped back 12-10-12 UPS for $198.06, delivery confirmed on 12-14-12. Phone useless, E-Mail eautogrilles@yahoo.com, Only response was to ask for photo of grille even though they received return delivery . Have not been able to contact since. Asking for full refund of all expenses, due to misrepresentation and nonexistent customer service."

  • Grille was in perfect, unwrapped, condition. I also added peanuts to insure safe return. Return authorization not possible due to inability to contact a human being. All costs should be reimbursed when product is misrepresented.
