Claimant says:
"I ordered A sample box of VYDOX and all I had to do was pay $4.95 for shipping. No where in there advertisement did it say in plain site that I would be charged automatically every month. I discovered this fact shortly after ordering it and CANCELLED the order within a HALF HOUR after placing the order. The company says they mailed the product to me and I never received it and charged my card $38.71. I filed a dispute with my bank but because Premium Nutraceuticals lied and said I didn't return the product the bank found in there favor. I also filed with the Attorney General in my State of Vermont but they couldn't doing any thing further for me being I said one thing and the company said another. I couldn't of returned the product VYDOX because I never received it. I called and cancelled the order within a HALF HOUR after placing the order and told them not to ship it. They said they did ship it and they should of never done so. I read a letter sent to the Vermont Attorney General from Premium Nutraceulicals written by a Joseph Testino stating that saying he looked at my order history and he (Mr Testino) and "I can assure you that the customer is confused at best or just plain dishonest (meaning me).
It's not the $38.71 plus shipping and handling i am concerned about it about STOPPING these COMPANIES from cheating people out of there money. They should be made to put in plain site that the product isn't free because if you cancel the automatic monthly shipment you either have to send the product back or pay for it."
