Claimant says:
"My household goods arrived damaged. I did not see any employes of the company and DIDNOT sign for items. Someone else signed my name and the company denyed my claim for damages stating "We have completed our review of the above referenced file and find that it relates to concealed damage. At time of delivery neither the driver nor the consignee noted damage to the product. Tere was no damage to the shipping container which indicated carrier mishandling or neglect during transportation"

My goods were sent from Alaska on June 26, 2010 They arrived in Prescott Valley . My son, daughter-in-law and I went from Camp Verde to Prescott to pick them up on July 16. I had been given the wrong address by "Jeff" the manager of YRC, and I called to tell them we would arrive between 12:30 and 1:00, we were told someone would be waiting for us. No one was there and both pallets were damaged, A forklift couldn't pick the pallets up. Some one signed my name to the receipt dated 7/15 under a statement that everything arrived in good order"
