Claimant says:
"I had a 40 gallon water heater and 1/3 HP garbage disposal installed on 7/14/2013 and paid $2214.00. I was told that the water heater and garbage disposal were top of the line but on 12/27/2015, my water heater stopped heating that caused me not to have central heating too as the water heater and heating unit are somewhat connected. I called YES Air Conditioning and Plumbing and a technician came. I explained what was wrong and he said it is my pilot light which he lit up that took him not even 5 minutes. After that, he presented me with the bill to light up my pilot light and charged me $196.00. I was very upset as I think the charges were just too much especially they were the one who installed it in the first place.

Today, February 11, 2016, I came home, washed dishes and my garbage disposal just stopped working. I am afraid to call them for fear of the outrageous charges. I think this company are installing cheap units that only last over 2 years and they call it top of the line?"
