Claimant says:
"I advertise through Yext for my child care facility (Love&Care Montessori) with many companies including Yelp. It has come to my attention that yelp is deleting my 5 star reviews. I emailed and pointed out the problem. Yelp responded that computer sort this. However, computer can not do the same for all my reviews. These reviews were done through people to whom currently use my child care facility. I talked to a yelp representative and she said my customers can not review and put a good word for me. I was amazed. If customers who use my services can not give me good reviews, then who could?! I request that BBB to please investigate Yelp. I read that so many other people also complained about their services. They are practically killing all small businesses such as mine. I appreciate your investigation regarding Yelp and its misconduct. Please inform me of your findings. Thank you.
