Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I received my free bottle for $4.97 shipping and handling and also purchased a "year's supply" of a Super cleanse which I paid $19.95 for and felt swindled into. There are only 60 tablets in the Super cleanse jar, which I believe is hardly a year supply. The ship date was 6/11/2013 and I have hardly had a chance to try the product. Yet I just noticed today 6/27/2013, that a charge of $99.90 was taken from my checking account! It was completely unexpected. I don't remember ANY conversation that indicated there would be an automatic charge, let alone something so high. A $99.90 charge would have been memorable if it had been mentioned, but it was not mentioned during the sales call, and I have not talked to them since. I did not solicit their original phone call - they called me presumably from some phone list they bought. I called them immediately and refused to give me a refund even if I returned the product which they claimed was already in the mail. If I return the product that I do not want, they absolutely should refund my money, especially since I was never informed until 6/27 of the additional charges or 15 day deadly to reply and cancel the next shipment."

  • I have made multiple calls to multiple numbers trying to reach someone who could help me. All four numbers I have go to the same place and the same two people who have hung up on my more than 8 times. I repeatedly asked for information about refunds, a copy of their policy, a recording of their call they claim I heard the message in.

    The paperwork I was sent with my trail sample and the tri-fold pamphlet I have combed over and no where is it indicated that I would be charged again, or that I had 15 days to prevent the charge.

    The "sales" line which gets transferred to the customer service department is 888-294-4134 called Health Connect.
    The number on the Packing slip which reads: All returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call the customer service number found on your Order Confirmation Email for returns. Products shipped back "Return to Sender" will not be accepted/refunded. Products must be shipped back by customer. 1-888-534-3598.

    On the products bottle itself it has the above mentioned website and the phone number 999-991-6968.

    And on the website which has their Return Policy under the Terms and Conditions tab the number there is 888-294-4134.

    Again, they all get forwarded to the same place. The "Supervisor" is named Laurel, employee #1040, and the other woman who hung up on me over and over is named Sheina employee #1042.

    I believe the company is named Superior Distributors/AZC as indicated on my packing slip.

    I also received a cancellation of subscription notice via email which says I cancelled my subscription on 6/25 in the morning. This cannot be true since I just called them to make that cancellation today, and it does not change the fact that my bank account has been accessed for $99.90 on the 25th.

    This city was mentioned in a post by another person on another complaint website. When mentioned, the complainer posted that this was the city that the owner named Jeffrey lives.

  • Same exact thing happened to me. I saw the charge and called, got a return number after seeing the charge and they deny getting the "unopened" bottles back and won't give me back my money. Argh! I am out $99.90 plus 19.99, for what I don't know. What to do?! I sent it back only 2 weeks after receipt. She said it was TOO LATE!
