"I was given a check in the amount of 759.70 for property damages to my vehicle on 01/08/2014. I sent them a copy of my appraisal for 2694.14 not including rental which should be included they refused to pay. Since the date of my loss: 11/10/2013. There policy holder hit my park car in the parking lot at Golden Corral. Stephanie Ledezma my claim adjuster doesn't return my phone calls, until I sent her a certified letter informing her I'm going to seek legal action."

    "We wrote an estimate for damages related to this accident. Ms Yurek, has prior damage from a previous accident not related to this loss. We will be more than happy to reinspect the vehicle once its placed at a repair facility. We will go over the damage and come to an agreed price with the repair facility. If necessary we will issue a supplemental check for the difference on the agreed amount..."
