"On November 01, 2015...I took my car..Mercedes Benz SLK350......WHEEL WORKS WORK ORDER
for repair of its front left hand wheel for air leak causing the NUMBER 091009 dasted
tire to inflat... the Advisor , Demetrius took the job order but 11/01/2015
until this writing today November 06, 2015 nothing is done
about it..he installed the spare tire... I am pissed off and experiencing
mental anguish I might have accident...I have been kept in the dark
telling/promising to be done tomorrow...next day...tomorow.."

  • after replacing the spare tire and returning back the car, did they tell you that the entire order was taken care of? Or did they atleast provide some explanation for fixing all the solutions?
