Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have been a customer of WGT since July 2013. I have had some issues with them and I am the type that if I have a problem with a company, I let them know. On a few occasions I pointed out to them the guidelines that the PGA and the USGA have laid out for pin placement purposes. Their response was that the pin placement was where the camera saw it when they photographed the course. I agreed but said that because the program built in certain degrees of difficulty then it was quite feasible that the green did not appear lever for 2 - 3 feet around the hole, as suggested by the PGA and USGA. Their response was that, "apparently I did not want their help and I was unwilling to listen to their explanation." At which point they blocked me from contacting Customer Support any further. So at this point I am unable to communicate with WGT. I am hoping that you can contact them and have them review their dictatorial and very poor customer relations policies. I would also like to be unblocked so that I may communicate further with them in future.

  • In my original claim there are a couple of typos. "Their response wa s ......." should read: "Their response was ........" And ".....did not appear lever for 2-3 feet....." should read "......did not appear level for 2-3 feet......."

  • All I am asking is that WGT unblock me from contacting their Customer Support department. Something that any customer or in fact anyone should be able to do with any company. I have used no vulgar or abusive language. I have simply questioned some of WGT's responses to me that I felt were inaccurate.
