Claimant says:
"I went in to get some teeth pulled and they said they would do it, but I needed a bone grafts. I said I had no money and they said I could make a payment plan. They also said I needed it because it would heal faster. When I went back for the third tooth they said I needed bone grafts also. I talked to the girl there and I said when I went to other doctors I never needed a bone graft when I had teeth pulled. She said well we like to do them incase you want implants later on. I was shocked. I never needed them in the first place. Now they want me to make payments on two bone grafts and thats realy putting me in a bind."
