Claimant says:
"I used watch brokers as a consignment broker to sell my Rolex watch. The watch was sold in March 2012. As of this date I have not received payment. I talked with Tiffany in accounting and was told that the company was having financial problems and did not know when or even if, I would receive payment for my watch. I have tried contacting the president, but he fails to return my calls. The compay is still accepting watches on consignment based on their web site, which I feel is fraud considering they can not pay past customers."
