Claimant says:
"I Purchaced a dining room table with 6 chairs on 8/17/2014 for the amount of $1,154.52 this includes $80.00 delivery, tax of $85.52 Delivery date was 8/19/2014 (tuesday) The WRONG Table was delivered the table I purchaced a Marble table, the one I received was Laminate, scratched, and peeling. On top of that I recieved the WRONG chairs!!! I was hospitalized around 8/20/2014 when I got home 5 days later is when I discovered that I was gived the wrong merchandise, I'm livid!!! So I called the Warehouse outlet and no answer, so I went down there to let them know what they did, so now I think it's fixed, they re-deliver the correct table and 5 chairs in which 1 is DEFECTIVE, again I call them and let them know. they tell me it will be a week for delivery it's always on a tuesday. I let them know I need 2 chairs now so here it is 8/10/2014 wednesday. Remember tuesday is delivery day I waited all day because the time frame is between 2pm-8pm at 7:30 I have not heard from them s I call, this is what they, Oh I'm sorry cant deliver today, REALLY you could'nt give me a courtesy call... I get a call back telling me the 2 chairs will be delivered around 12:00pm NO SHOW, I call AGAIN now it's 3:00 and they show up with my 2 chairs and assemble them in my garage. It's now 3:50 I go outside to check on his progress, one of the legs on the chair is scratched, and it rocks! REALLY!!! 5:00 chairs are complete after I complained about the scratch and the rocking chair he switches out the leg on the prior rocking chair and its finally done. oh and by the way he leaves the trash!! I am NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!! Really 3 weeks to get it right? I feel I need to be compensated either by the delivery charges and or the taxes or give me 2 EXTRA chairs, SOMETHING!!! for all I have been put thur..... I will NEVER refer anyone to this God awful place, Also I have already paid the finance Co. $869.34 And will make another payment on Friday 9/12/2014 for $$69.84 to stay within the 30 day no intrest."
