  • I John Carlson am writing this to file a complaint against wall and Associates 1690 Woodland Dr. Suite 200 Maumee OH 43537. On November 4, 2013 John and Tanya Carlson met with Dave stube to discuss the matter of the the amount of money I owe the IRS. Dave continued to tell us the urgency for us to give them $7500 retainer to stop the IRS from seizing our property and vehicles and whatever else we had. He also explained how they were going to charge us $500 a month and it could take up to 3 to 6 months to solve this matter. he use a scare tactic with us and we fell for it the very next day on November 5 wall and Associates deducted $7500 from my checking account after doing a little research and finding out they had a complaint with the Atty. Gen.'s office I contacted them with a cancellation letter that I have enclosed with this letter. They came back to me and explain how their office contacted the IRS and started this whole process to stop them from seizing any property. Therefore we came to an agreement of them returning $6500 and I would take $1000 loss for the work they had preformed I have contact the IRS and they have no record of wall and Associates doing anything with my account and when I informed Delilah Taylor accounting manager for wall and Associates she assured me that this has been done and it just wasn't showing up I do not believe this because as of November 25 the IRS still has no record of them representing me or them contact the IRS whatsoever. As of November 25 2013 there has been no money returned to my account and every time I call and speak to Delilah she gives me an excuse why it has not been done yet. So I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Atty. Gen. and they contacted wall and Associates about this matter wall and Associates refuse to return my money and the Atty. Gen. got back with me and told me that they are only mediators and I would have to seek legal advice and go after them on my own so then I called Delilha Taylor back after all this and asked her about my refund she told me that because I threatened them with the Atty. Gen. that they were not going to refund any of my money so now on February 10 I have an appointment with a lawyer to go after Wall and Associates to get my money back and that same lawyer that I am going to go to on Monday also told me that he had another client with the same situation but they took more money off of them so this wall and Associates has a history of ripping people off!
