Claimant says:
"I ordered what was supposed to be a FREE trial bottle of Garcinia Cambogia (60ct). I was only supposed to pay for shipping which was $3.95. Then I saw I was charged another $3.99 for what was supposed to be shipping protection. I was confused but I just ignored it because it was only $3.99. I didn't care about that. Then I waited 2 weeks and still haven't received anything. So I assumed it was just talking a long time to reach my house. Then I got an email saying that my free trial was over and I was billed $120.00 for the bottle that I decided to keep! I was furious! It said free trial bottle! No where did it say I'd be billed if I decided to keep it. It didn't even say anything about it being a 14 DAY trial. So I lost $120.00 and I had NO BOTTLE. So. I called to figure out what the hell is going on. Only to find out that the bottle was returned to the sender. Even though I made no mistakes in my address. Some where on their end they messed up my address and sent it back and still charged me! I don't even understand how that could happen because I paid for shipping protection, which was pointless. So after asking for my money back the woman I talked to on the phone told me she can only give me a 25% discount and send me a new bottle. So I only was refunded $29.00. She said the bottle will take 4 business days to arrive so it should've arrived in a week. Exactly a week later I still had no bottle so I called again to see if I could track it. And she said it was showing up as undeliverable. I was even more angry because I was expecting to get the bottle that day. And she said that ANOTHER bottle would be sent to me. So now I have to wait another week for me to get it. That's if I get it and they don't mess up my address AGAIN. I've been waiting almost a month for a bottle that I was charged $120.00 for. Which I thought was supposed to be free! I've been scammed and I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from this company."
