Claimant says:
"Last Feb 2013 my flip phone stopped working when I went to the verizon store to replace it the sales person took my debit card and hand me a paper for my signature. He proceeded to fill out my rebate page, addresses the envelope taking 15 minutes to complete. He took another 1/2 hour shuffle 3 sets of papers wasting a lot of my time. When I received my first bill after my phone purchase it was $30 more than usual which prompted to call customer service. Which he told me it was an upgrade fee to pay for smart phone classes, I did not buy a smart phone and the salesperson never mentioned a $30 upgrade fee. So I proceed back to store with the contract which was now 4 pages long the last with my signature not for a receipt!! I have dispute the collection dept and with the credit reports agencies and to verizon directly to remove fraud by verizon off my credit report. This process began dec 2013 and had not been resolved. I paid in full my last bill with verizon but will not pay the $170 early termination fee and fraudulent practices by verizon!!! I was a long term customer if they have to commute fraud to keep customers they really do not need to be in business!!"
