Claimant says:
"went from at&t wireless phone company because we called verizon and to people told us they would be able to get the same amount as we was paying with at&t so we went to the store talked to the lady and she told and wrote down what are bill was going to be which was 228 dollars and we had a 650 dollar phone and to other i phones which was expensive that we traded in on three other phones which would be under contract we got the bill and it was 413 dollars well they give us a run around wouldnt give our phones back or our money back they said the only way that we could get our money back is to be put on a gift card that could only be spent at their store not counting the three other phones which the one that was 650 dollars was still under contract with at&t they was supposed to buy out but after they wouldnt make good on the bill that THEY SAID AND WROTE ON A PIECE OF PAPER AND SHOWED US we went back to at&t now we are out three phones and still paying on the one phone that was under contract and verizon wouldnt make good on"
