"I have a copy of the original letter that was sent. Verizon was paid for 37 months for Internet
Security from April, 2009. On May 29,2012 I was told I did not have Verizon Internet Security. A guy in India, who I was transferred to by Verizon for computer help, was able to go back to when I started with the Internet. I called customer service and a lady told me she could only refund $107.88, which was one year. I wrote to this address and never received an answer. I
had paid $8.99 for security for 37 months without receiving the service and only was reimbursed for 12 months. My calculations figure Verizon still owes me $224.75. How can a company steal money from a widow and when found out not return it. They have records and can go back to find the mistake they made. I don't ask for interest on this money, just pay back what was falsely taken. I even tried to go to another phone company but was told Verizon has
a franchise in my town and no one else can come in. PLEASE HELP ME!!!"
