Claimant says:
"We paid Value Traders to transfer 2 of our Kahana Beach Timeshares out of our name in 2018.  Since then we have been going back and forth with no success in getting this transaction completed.  All required documentation has been sent to them, I've reached out to Kahana Beach to get assistance and they state they have not heard from them and do not transfer timeshares.  Most recently Patricia Godoy with Value Traders has refused to give us any additional information and they have stopped working on our transfer which is a breach in the contract.  The timeshare company, Premier has tried to assist but doesn't have any additional information to help us out.
Value Traders has lied to us multiple times over the past two years, we just want to get this transfer completed.  In the mean time we own 4 timeshares and are paying over $800/year in maintenance fees for the ones that were supposed to be traded in 2019.
Very frustrated and looking for next steps to resolve this issue. "

    I would like to confirm to you that we have received today the claim you made via PeopleClaim. The second email with the link they are mentioning, has not been received.



    Keep in mind that the more communication channels you open, the more complicated the solution will be.



    As you know, we have been always available and open to hear you and find a solution together. I have even called you to offer you a deal before continue with next stages (legal sue) however you have rejected it.



    With the hope that this can be resolved amicably and avoid further misunderstandings, we expect to receive a response from you by Friday September 18, 2020, that the Legal sue has been removed. In case we do not receive it, the transfer for your Kahana Beach Club memberships (Unit 502/Interval 51A and Unit 304/Interval 37A) will remain.

    Patricia,

    We disagree that your assertion that the more communication channels that are open, the more complicated the solution will be. The solution actually remains the same and is quite simple: arrange for the transfer that we paid Value Traders to do.

    We also disagree that Value Traders has always been available to find a solution together. You know what the solution is: arrange for the transfer that we paid Value Traders to do. This does not require finding a solution together; this just requires Value Traders to do what we paid you to do.

    Lastly, the only deal you offered was to give us back half of the fee you were paid and require us to keep all 4 of the timeshares which is not what we agreed to in the original contract and has no additional benefit to us it actually costs us more money.

    You stated you would not do any more work on the transfer unless we agreed in writing not to pursue legal action. Even though up until now, almost 2 years later you have not made any progress or completed the transfer that we paid you to do. That is not a deal or a reasonable request. We already paid you. We discussed legal action because Value Traders did not complete the transfer as agreed to. We will not rule out legal action if Value Traders fails to complete the transfer that was paid for in 2018.
