Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Bought a desk and chair from them on March 21-2016 had problem with chair arms and back loosen They send repair man out and tighten screws and they loosen the second time so repair
man my desk and he fixed chair again he cam out a third time on 5-24-16 fixed the chair again and was going to touch up paint on desk but it would not work and tighten chair again
He gave me a copy of his paper work that says accent paint on desk and their floor model is different So I have ask for new desk and chair. they say not warranty cause its commercial use
but they did not tell me when I bought it or when they came out three times only when I want a new ones my desk and chair is not even 3 months old"

  • If the company refuses to do anything after you try talking to them again.  Ask to speak to the service supervisor there. Ask them for a fair deal. If they don't offer anything but are willing to fix the defective products, call the FCCA  to report them for selling you damaged products with no offer of fairness as they continue to deal with the defective products you have.
