Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"William Taylor called to sell our timeshare. He said he had a buyer Andrew and Cynthia Davidson from Oakland Me. A price of 8,500 dollars was agreed upon. A contract was sent to us to sign along with it we were to send 595.00 dollars for closing costs, title search, title binder, title insurance, and any other fees. We signed the contract and sent the money and have not recieved the money for the sale. My phone calls only are answered (from william, or cynhtia) if I threaten fraud. I would like to file a complaint against the company and would like my 8,500 dollars from the sale. Thank you Donna and Hubert Kelash"

  • There are certain laws in Florida that protect timeshare owners and those that are seeking to sell or rent their rights to a timeshare. The Attorney General’s office has a complaint system set up to assist timeshare owners from potential fraud issues and other complaints. Perhaps filing a complaint with that office and opening up an investigation will assist you in resolving your claim.
