"PURCHASED 4 ROUND TRIP TICKETS FROM ST. LOUIS MO. TO RICHMOND VA. ON DECEMBER 14, 2011 FOR MYSELF, LEVONNE DAVIS SR. MY WIFE NORMA J. DAVIS, MY DAUGHER - INLAW AND MY GRANDDAUGHTER.

WE WERE GOING TO RICHMOND VA. TO ATTEND MY GRANDSON'S McKELVIN L. DAVIS MILATERY GRADUATION ON DECEMBER 15, 2011 AT 9:00AM. Mc KELVIN CALLED ME ON DECEMBER 13, AND INFORMED ME THAT THE GRADUATION CEREMONIE HAD BEEN CHANGED TO LATER THAT EVENING NO EXACT TIME WAS KNOWN BY HIM OR MEMBERS OF HIS GROUP.

SO OUR RETURN FLIGHT WAS DUE TO LEAVE RICHMOND VA. AT 5:55 SO I CALLED US AIRWAYS TO CANCEL OUR FLIGHT PLANS.
THE FLIGHT PLANS WERE CANCEL BUT I WAS NOT GIVEN A REFUND BY US AIRWAYS, I WAS TOLD THAT I WOUIL NOT GET REFUND, BUT I WOUILD HAVE A CREDIT BUT NOT FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE 4 TICKETS 1,359.20 I WOUILD BE CHARGED 150.00 DOLLARS PER TICKET TO USE THESE TICKETS IF USED BEFORE DECEMBER, 2012. AND THE ONLY PERSON THAT COULD USE THE TICKETS WERE WHO'S NAME WERE ON THE 4 TICKETS.

SO IN ORDER TO USE THESE TICKETS TO FLY ANY WHERE I WILL HAVE TO PAY AND ADDITIONAL 600.00 DOLLARS OR MORE."
