Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On Nov.9 I went to the UPS store at 303 S Broadway to send a coin collection to my daughter. I handed to Ron a 10x12 sealed package containing 52 coins; 27 silver eagles, 24 1964 Kennedy
half dollars and one gold eagle ( 1 ounce). When my daughter received the UPS package the sealed
container was gone, the two silver coin books were loose in a box along with packaging, and the
small box with the gold coin was missing. The sealed container was the strongest I could find.
I had insured the package for $2000. The gold coin is worth about $1200.

I still have the paper work. When I went to the store to make a complaint the manager, Netra,
said I would get a phone call in 5 to 8 days. No one from the store has ever called. I also called
UPS corporate (very difficult), they just refer me back to the store.
