Claimant says:
"I purchased insurance thru Navy insurance on 02/26/2012, full coverage. On May 16,2012 the car was parked on the drive of rental property and @4:49 I was awaken to the car on fire. I called the fire dept and later notified the insurance company and recieved a claim no, of 1001053308 and they were going to send out paper work 1 wk went by and I still had not received any paper work so I called and spoke to Carmen arvelo (1800-8318330 ext5423) and she said she had mailed them again and I only purchased it 2/2012 and I waited 3-4 days and still no paper work so I called and ask for them to be emailed on 6/1/2012 I received them by email with the date of 5/16/2012 also in this time period I spoke to a Mr. Ron Clark(1800-831-8330ext5415) who was suggesting I was threating because I asked could I get copies of the pictures sent to me and I also I wanted the adress of the place where the car was towed to get things from the trunk which was not burned co parts auto auction 89 e sauk trailchgo hts il. He was so disrespectful towards me and hung up. I was in tears but I went straight over to the agency whom I purchased the insurance Navy and spoke with Dianna(708-489-1200) and I told here how I was spken to and she tried to help me with fax the papers off. She printed out the policies because at that point they also wanted my prior insurance co. which I had gotten through navy they faxed it over they. Also now wanted a list of people who lived in my house Myself ,Janika garret and Jacorey garrett they told dianna to have me mail it they didn't want her to fax so I did and on 6/9/2012 carmen called stating my claim was denied because I didn't say my son lived in the house. I didn't fill out the papers I only answered and I wasn't asked about who lived in my house, only who would be driving. I stated my son Donyall Garrett and I added him to the policy who doesn't have a car. Had that question been asked I would have said who lived in my home. I ansewered all that I was asked truthfully. I only knew of that question on 6/1/2012also on 6/9/2010 Carmen said you just purchased this insurance on 2/3/2012 that car was not being driving by anyone when the occurence happen what does who lives in my house have anything to do with the comprehensive part? I paid for full coverage.
